User journeys A new visitor can understand the purpose and finish the main task. Invalid input, empty states and failed requests have useful messages. Public and authenticated routes have the expected access rules.

Access and content Keyboard users can operate menus, forms and dialogs with visible focus. Text remains readable and controls usable on narrow screens and at increased text sizes. Ownership, sources, claims and commercial content are accurately described.

Data and operations Private submissions and secrets cannot be retrieved from public routes. Backups and recovery steps have been checked for the intended environment. Monitoring, expiry dates and a support route have an owner.

Search and delivery Internal links, canonical URLs and missing-page responses are correct. Unique titles, descriptions, sitemap entries and source dates are present. Images, fonts and scripts load with an acceptable transfer size.
